BLUE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Blue Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients for 2 portions:

• 4 dl plant-based milk
• 4 tbsp chia seeds
• 4 tbsp shredded coconut
• 2 tbsp agave syrup
• 1 tsp Yes Superfood Blue Spirulina superfood powder

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, mix the pudding, and serve it in jars with fruits of your choice.
