Ingredients for one bowl:
- one presliced, frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen mangoes
- 1 tbsp Yes Superfood Sea Buckthorn superfood powder
- 60 ml plant-based milk
- toppings: chocolate cookie, frozen raspberries, puffed amaranth
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender, until you get a smooth, icecreamy texture.
- Serve the smoothie in your coconut bowl, and decorate it with toppings!
