Ingredients for 12 balls:

Method:

  1. Soak the pitted dates and the cashews in water for 10-15 minutes, drain them, but keep some of the water.
  2. In a food processor mix together the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) and 4 tbsps of the water.
  3. Make balls from the sticky dough and roll them in shredded coconut.
