Vanilla Energy Balls
Ingredients for 12 balls:
- 12 dates
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 serving Yes Superfood Vanilla Biscuit Vegan Superfood Protein
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina superfood powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- shredded coconut
Method:
- Soak the pitted dates and the cashews in water for 10-15 minutes, drain them, but keep some of the water.
- In a food processor mix together the ingredients (except the shredded coconut) and 4 tbsps of the water.
- Make balls from the sticky dough and roll them in shredded coconut.
