Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed by 13:00 CET are usually shipped the same day.
  • All parcels ship from our European warehouse in Budapest, Hungary.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to countries where natural food colorants are restricted by law.
  • If a package is returned due to delivery issues, we'll contact you to arrange a solution.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days:

🔄 Returns & Refunds

🕒 Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases

 Return Conditions

Eligible for return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened food powders (hygiene regulations)
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage

Special cases:

  • Wholesale or bulk orders require prior approval — please contact us before returning

💰 Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.

🧾 Refunds

  • Processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days)

📬 How to Return an Item

  1. Email hello@yessuperfood.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send detailed instructions (and a label if applicable)
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship within 14 days of receiving return approval
  5. You'll receive confirmation and your refund once we've inspected the return

🌍 International Returns

  • Customs duties or taxes paid on import are non-refundable
  • If return shipping costs are disproportionately high, we may offer:
    • A partial refund without requiring return, or
    • A replacement shipment at no cost
  • Each case is handled individually and fairly
