With just one ingredient, it makes a characterful base for hot or iced hojicha lattes, dessert creams, ice cream and baked goods. Suitable for home use as well as cafés, patisseries and professional kitchens. Mix with water before use; a fine natural sediment may occur. Contains naturally occurring caffeine.
