Vegan Protein Pancakes
Ingredients for 6 pancakes:
- 120 g flour
- 1 serving Yes Superfood Vanilla Biscuit Vegan Superfood Protein
- 1 pack baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 250 ml water
- coconut oil for baking
Method:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, and gradually add water to it. Then add the maple syrup and stir until smooth.
- Heat up your pan and melt some coconut oil in it.
- Put one ladleful of pancake mix into the pan. Bake the pancake until you see bubbles appearing on the top and the edges are baked as well. Flip it and bake the other side too for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve your pancakes with fruits and maple syrup.
